50 M w/ unilateral swollen eyelid & red eye. No improvement w/ azithro, tobra drops, FQ or acyclovir. Slit lamp exam primary follicles in fornix w/ conjunctival hyperemia. Sx stared after visiting wild bird sanctuary in S Africa. Dx?
